This combined approach was a result of having a joint-venture product and close working relationship between companies.At the beginning, my role at JFDI focused on representing the company on various networking events both online and offline and looking for new opportunities. I was also delegated to represent JFDI at ESPC2019 conference in Prague. At the beginning of the pandemic, I started to improve internal sales and marketing processes. I was additionally made responsible for our marketing and content creation.I was vital in organising several online events and webinars. Furthermore, I have been also asked to be a speaker on few occasions presenting productivity methods for teleworkers. My networking and marketing efforts generated several opportunities. Ongoing activity on social media profiles effected in much increased following, with the biggest success being LinkedIn, where the number of followers has so far grown by 300%.Working at JFDI is a tremendous experience. I developed on many levels as a professional. I gained skills in mapping, optimising and visualising business processes. Additionally, I hugely improved my writing skills including social media content creation, articles, presentations and business email etiquette. -
