The day-to-day management of a portfolio of different consumer finance products within BNP Paribas Fortis. This included amongst others deciding upon and the coordination of product modifications, the go-to-market of campaigns, price setting and performance management.

As a Project Manager I worked for 8 months on the implementation of Robotic Process Automation ("RPA") as a brand new technology within BNP Paribas Fortis. Including, successfully setting-up a pilot and assisting in the preparation of the business case by selecting the processes eligible for RPA. After a positive evaluation of both the pilot and the business case, I took a prominent role in drafting the Target Operating Model for the implementation of RPA within BNP Paribas Fortis, taking into account the different stakeholders (i.e. Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, IT infrastructure and architecture, HR, tax, and AML).

The Digital Leaders Programme is an 18 months joint development programme (management traineeship) between ORMIT and BNP Paribas Fortis to attract and shape BNP Paribas Fortis’s future digital leaders. As an ITPS consultant, I was involved in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for multinational enterprises. This included, the assistance on the transformation of global value chains and major internal refinancing and restructuring projects. Within this function, I was highly involved in the determination of arm's length remunerations on intercompany transactions, with a specific emphasis on financial services and intra-group financing.

Expanding AFC towards the law faculty and the law students of the KULeuven by setting up and developing workshop tracks. During the first semester of scholar year 2013-2014, the law for start-ups track was successfully launched. During the second semester of the academic year 2013 - 2014, a law in practice track was offered, allowing law students to develop their legal soft skills.

Leading a student consulting project of AFC Leuven for the Colruyt Group composed of two parts: A conformity study of the annual reports of the Colruyt Group with the IFRS 8 standards.and an impact study of the new IFRS-standards (10,11 &12) on Colruyt Group's annual reports.This job allowed me to bring some of the theoretical financial concepts that were taught to me during my courses at the KULeuven into practice.
