25 years of experience in the cement Industry in International Environment.Since 2023, working in Denmark in one of the largest and iconic cement company in Aalborg Portland, with a strong focus in reducing our CO2 footprint in our grey and white lines, through AF use and new product development, thanks to our FUTURECEM and D-CARB white. Excited also in all the CCUS initiatives that AP is involved, from pilot scale to real plant in few years! In 2013, I started my international experience in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi) as plant and technical manager of a grinding station (2,5 MTm capacity). After that, I worked in Romania, being responsible of Alesd cement Plant and Turda grinding station. I was also EXCO member of Holcim Romania.I was in Canada working for almost 5 years, till end of 2023 in Ontario (Bath) as plant manager.My first period in cement industry started in 1996, working in Spain in several positions in cement factories (integrated plants) mainly in the Operations activities, such Production Manager and Maintenance Manager. In the past I was also involved in specific programs such TIS (Technical Information System) and Plant Master Plan. I worked also as Process Performance Engineer and AFR & Environmental Responsible.Skills: Health and Safety focused person. Planning of the production, collaboration with the commercial department, involved in HR Projects (Union negotiations/CBAs), CSR activities in the local communities.Very active generating ideas and developing new products, with a general view of the customer needs and of the other departments of the company (logistics, sales, procurement,...)
