All of this applies to both the Website and App.Aside from that, a big part of the daily work is related to Partners–big clients who want a customized version of our products and require more personalized communication.At the QA Team, we develop Testing Plans to assess these special cases (akin to the work with big Partners) and we also develop the sets of Test Cases to address the new products or features to come.We also work in close connection with the Customer Support team to identify particular issues reported on Production (website or apps). In this case, we use tools like SalesForce (to get technical info about the customer that has reported an issue), Rapid7 (to verify logs on apps or the live site), or our own Backend.Another team that has close communication with QA is the Game Development team. Together we debate the game design of our new mini-games.Our work with other teams is based on agile methodology: a meeting with COO at the beginning of the week to coordinate priorities, and short 10-min meetings with the other teams throughout the week.The testing is mainly manual. I am in charge of testing on various Android mobiles. In principle, the Use Cases are analyzed to design the test cases. Then the same ones are run in the different versions that the Development Team delivers to QA.Similarly, the control panel that each store uses to manage its discounts and prizes is tested. It is web-based and testing is done on desktop browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and IE). Test cases are also designed for this stage of the project.The daily task consists of reporting bugs and tracking them.
