Aeronautical Engineer and Air Traffic Controller currently working in Madrid ACC where I have also performed as On The Job Training Instructor. Also cooperating with IFATCA (International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers Associations) since 2011 as a member of its Technical and Operations Committee which I chaired for two years. Representative of IFATCA at the ICAO Surveillance Panel and currently Executive Vice President Technical of the Federation.I have published several technical articles in IFATCA's The Controller magazine and the Spanish ATC Magazine.Proficient in Spanish (native language), English and French.

The Technical and Operations Committee (TOC) prepares reports on technical subjects related to ATM. These reports are used to draft policies or as information on the related subjects. I am a member of the committee since April 2011. Appointed as chairman in March 2012 for a two years term that ended in May 2014. As EVPT and member of an ICAO Panel I am still involved in the work of this committee but not in a direct way any more.
