Ignacio Cano has nearly 30 years of consulting experience in business transformation through human resources.Mr. Cano has experience as a business leader where, as head of human resources, he reengineered the area to ensure optimal talent management, organizational effectiveness, and business performance management at Grupo ICA, a large important Mexican company.As a consultant he has designed and implemented initiatives that include board effectiveness, succession, talent management, workforce planning, total rewards strategy, executive compensation, retirement and benefits design and HR function effectiveness.He has participated in advising multinational and local companies to ensure optimal talent management practices and business performance.Ignacio Cano professional experience encompasses senior positions with important consulting firms (Towers Watson, formerly Watson Wyatt and Towers Perrin) , such as Chief Actuary, Market Manager & Principal. Most recently, he held the position of HR VP in an important Mexican corporation.He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He was a professor of "Pension Mathematics"​ at the same university. He is a member of the "Colegio Nacional de Actuarios"​ and the Mexican Society of Consulting Actuaries. He is currently a faculty member of the Advance Management Program delivered in Mexico by the "Instituto de Empresa Madrid".
