At Kiwa PI Berlin, I led and coordinated all activities related to Quality Assurance for converters and energy storage systems in photovoltaic solar plants. My responsibilities included overseeing the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of new products and services, while continuously enhancing and updating existing solutions to meet industry standards.This role allowed me to leverage both my technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure optimal performance and reliability in solar energy projects.

With extensive experience auditing and supervising production in factories across Europe, Africa, and Asia, I have worked within the renewable energy sector, overseeing the manufacturing of inverters, transformers, solar panels, and batteries for major international manufacturers such as General Electric, SMA, TMEIC, ABB, Power Electronics, Ingeteam, Nadara, Faramax or Siemens.My responsibilities include comprehensive production process auditing, supervision for production control and estimation, consulting to implement improvements that ensure on-time delivery with agreed quality standards, and monitoring FAT testing of electronic equipment and components. Additionally, I developed a tool for conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of solar inverters in operation, enhancing fault detection and resolution. I have also led mid- and long-term bottleneck analysis, critical component evaluations, supply chain control, and the training of new leaders for international projects.

As the technical and strategic coordinator of the research group at Ingeteam Service, I led initiatives to develop tools that positioned the company as a leader in the operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants. My focus included the implementation of software applications, monitoring and inspection techniques, and field technologies for operators.Key responsibilities included technological planning, coordination of national and European projects, securing research funding, establishing an R&D laboratory, and adapting the department to UNE 166000:2014 standards. As a Product Development Engineer, I was responsible for improving the corrosion resistance and durability of Bancolor's products by analyzing the lacquered aluminum production lines at the Baux plant in Valencia. I worked closely with the management of Grupo Baux, participating in the digitalization of data collected in the plant and the implementation of measurement methods to assess the main causes of corrosion.Additionally, I established a chemical laboratory for sample preparation and product analysis, and evaluated the manufacturing methods of paints from leading suppliers. These efforts contributed to enhancing product quality and durability, ensuring compliance with the required standards.

In my role at Oppipe, I specialized in optimizing cleaning methods for pipes and industrial process equipment, drawing from insights gained during my doctoral thesis. I collaborated closely with clients to assess their specific needs, develop tailored projects, and conduct comprehensive analyses of existing cleaning methodologies. Through studies and tests, I identified improvement opportunities, proposed innovative solutions, and ensured compliance with safety and quality standards. In my role as a technical leader and coordinator of European and national projects in the UK, I have been instrumental in advancing innovative technologies in high-power ultrasound at BIC. I significantly contributed to the development and validation of the “Cleanship” and “CleanMine” prototypes, as well as the design and validation of high-power transducers for industrial use.My expertise encompasses generating and managing research plans, collaborating with various companies on technical and strategic initiatives, and providing advisory support on ultrasound projects. Additionally, I have overseen the preparation of documentation for regulatory agencies and crafted proposals for securing national and European funding, while also supporting the training and development of students within the research industry.

I was at the forefront of developing innovative solutions in ultrasonic cleaning technology. I led the "UltraCleanPipe" project, which resulted in the creation of a prototype capable of effectively removing deposits from pipes. My work involved generating a mathematical model to predict cleaning efficacy, and the results of my research were instrumental in securing ten additional projects in the high-power ultrasound research and development sector.In my role, I managed the BIC laboratory, ensuring the implementation of current operational standards and overseeing the procurement and management of laboratory equipment, including amplifiers and oscilloscopes. I also led the user group for the "PSV-500-3D Scanning Vibrometer" and was responsible for writing technical documentation for the "UltraCleanPipe" project, as well as planning and executing research initiatives.
