My roles as CEO, board member, CFO and equity/debt investor have helped me to understand the multiple possible approaches to business decisions.I started my professional career in the legal and investment banking sectors where I actively worked for more than 10 years. I am currently working as Financial Director at Aena where I am responsible for financing, treasury, investor relations, investment analysis (M&A, real estate, commercial), tax, insurance and cash and credit management. I have the privilege of managing a team composed of 50 professionals. I believe in the benefits of a successful work-life balance, where I can find time to dedicate to my job, my family and society as a whole. In this sense, my way of giving back to the community is by sharing the little knowledge and experience I have acquired over the years with students at IE Business School and ICADE. As a lecturer at two of the world’s top business schools, I do my best to give students the tools to thrive in the current financial environment.
