Throughout the last 12 years, I have developed a commercial profile for dealing directly with the different companies, but at the same time, I have kept alive my creative spirit, which is what I enjoy the most. I have fulfilled all kind of roles within the company, which allows me not only to understand how each area works but also to be able to put myself in other employees' shoes and to know how to motivate and demand the best from them to achieve better results. Today, I manage work teams that are created in relation to the needs of each company, trying to enhance the qualities of our resources according to the client's profile. I manage the projects and coordinate the tasks. Besides, I am responsible for their delivery, always meeting the expected deadlines and always under a watchful eye and active participation at a conceptual, visual and communicational level. Being aware of the needs and being empathetic to understand contexts and situations of each company creates long-term relationships that benefit both parties. I bet on shared growth to achieve that.
