I am fast a learner, a team player, and have a can-do attitude. I take pride in my ability and passion for problem solving, analytical thinking, and creativity.I studied Electronics Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires. During this time, I gained a solidfoundation of mathematics, hard sciences, and a wide range of electronics and computer technologies. Ialso took elective courses on coding and algorithms, networks and signal processing, Internet of Things, and machine learning and data science. Additionally, my thesis is about the application of machine learningalgorithms to the problem of wind power prediction. I also really enjoy coding. Python is my go-tolanguage, and I have experience, among others, with Requests and BeautifulSoup to take on web scrappingscripts; NumPy, Pandas, and Keras for machine learning and Data science projects; and Flask for web de-sign. I also have experience working with RaspberryPi, C, C++, Java, and Assembler on customized boards.I have worked as a Network Security Engineer at a giant oil and gas corporation in the design, implementation, and management of the outbound internet security stack for the whole company network. I became the technical lead for the migration of the on-premise web-proxy to a cloud solution. During this time I worked, among others, on analyzing security policies and requirements; designing global routing architectures; resolving and mitigating security vulnerabilities; creating instructions for and training end-user support teams; providing level 3 support; designing and coding several automated solutions. I also took on the role of Scrum Master. After this, I was offered an infrastructure and security role in a Crypto and Art start-up, helping them set up their test-acceptance-production pipeline and assess their security posture. The opportunitywas very enriching, and later opened up the possibility for other fascinating independent projects. I participated in the creation of several artistic events, where I could apply my skills and passion, and find a synergy between creativity and the search of engineering quality that I admire; not to mention get back to building hardware.Since I came to Australia, I started working in construction in a solar farm, since it both allowed me tosettle in, and to increase my knowledge on building, something I’ve always been interested in and believecomplements my other skills. After having such an enriching experience, I am ready to resume my work asan Electronics Engineer and take on new challenges.
