Working in a 3-stage, up or out, Graduate Program. In this position I will have 3 presentations exposing a personal project for the company's board of directors.Besides the project, the daily basis work is focused in controlling the +320 proximity stores (under 300m2, called "Express"). Reporting to a Controlling Manager and the 4 Proximity Directors. These reports involve sales, ullage, margins, promotions, political decisions' impact and diverse expenses.

Product design and development.Web Design coordination.Retail and wholesale sales (Customization for third businesses).
