About Ignacio Gonzales
I started in tech with Tech Consulting Services (TCS), and I was responsible for the office equipment in a 10-person office. I would oversee computer configuration, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and provide training to end users. I also represented IT In meetings to discuss technical issues and integrated solutions into knowledgebase to improve resolution times. I was then contracted out and worked with Yesway as a field technician. I would assist with keeping the stores up and running. This involved site visits to over 60 locations, I led the asset tagging project for store technology equipment, and I would trouble shoot Gilbarco and Verifone POS. During this time I was mentored by the CTO who taught me a lot and I'm very grateful for. I then found a tech boot camp called Careerist, where I finished their course (100+ hours) for Solutions Engineer.
