CurrentResponsible for all quality related issues internally and externally. Work side by side with all departments company wide to ensure on time supply of customer product, and quality of product, resulting in 100% customer support and satisfaction. Manage and maintain the quality system. Responsible for quality department. Full knowledge of lab equipment including but not limited to: calipers, micrometers, height gage, comparator, vision system, indicators, attribute gages, CMMManage the non-conforming, SCAR and CAR systemQuality system management including ISO, TS, IATF, 5S, 17025, environmental, supplier etc.Prevention based systems and activitiesDeployment of continuous improvementProblem solving methodologies.Supplier development.Customer quality representative.Audits including but not limited to IATF, dock, process, engineering, external, suppliersPPAP submissionsManagement reviewProcesses & manages Enginering changesGD&T proficient
