As a PhD student in Ocean Engineering at Universität Rostock, I am passionate about exploring the intricate dynamics of marine environments. Using Python, CFD, and data analysis, I create cutting-edge simulations and models that advance the knowledge and innovation in the field. My research interests include fluid-structure interactions, wave-induced motions, and renewable energy sources.Before joining Universität Rostock, I worked as a project engineer at SOERMAR, a technology center for the maritime sector. There, I contributed to the design and development of vessels that combine efficiency and sustainability. I also participated in a technical evaluation of LNG carriers for a multinational company, ensuring the optimal selection of new-build contracts. In addition, I hold a BSc in Naval Architecture and a MSc degree in Ocean Engineering from thr Technical University of Madrid.Throughout my career, I have been driven by curiosity and a relentless pursuit of knowledge. I thrive on turning complex ideas into tangible, seaworthy realities, and finding solutions that balance engineering, finance, and environmental aspects.
