Technical Assistance for the design of the “Cooperation Program with Afro-descendant population in Panama, Colombia and Ecuador.”

Asessment, formulation & implementation, and monitoring of 57 projects worth a total of € 14,053,459. 16 humanitarian aid operations (ECHO, SDC) to people affected by violence and displacement by armed conflict; Design of transition projects from Relief to Rehabilitation and Development (European Commission); and 39 Development projects. Training, Coordination and Management of a team of 65 people in four regions. Design of specific financial and administrative mechanisms. Teamwork methodology based in consultation and technical responsibilities. Responsible for the design and coordination of the security system in offices and projects.
