-South Latin Business Unit – Commercial Finance – Business Intelligence (Apr-Aug 2020) I have designed and implemented the redefinition of the financial consolidation and reporting process of 5 countries under Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI). This new process, besides to reduce the consolidation leap time from 5 to 2 business days and free up time to the commercial finance team to focus on the activities that matter most, has incorporated brand new metrics and insights and the ability to perform advanced financial and market analysis. Also, another aspect I considered and achieved on this implementation was the availability to share the relevant financial information to the other departments through analytical dashboards for auto-consume according to their needs and concerns.Concepts and mythologies involved: process excellence, agile methodology, storytelling. -SAP S/4HANA – Digital Transformation – BsAs, Arg / Atlanta, US (Jan 2018 to Dec 2020)Responsible for leading and managing all aspects related to Bank & Cash in the global company project of Digital Transformation through the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.I’ve orchestrated the business requirements between Corporate Treasury, Share Services Hubs, IT specialist and SAP consultants in order to implement a best in class solution for the bank management and transaction processing in the new system.I’ve collected and set up all company’s bank account data around the globe (+700) and established a standardized procedure to keep maintained the data after go-live.I’ve designed the B&C chart of accounts and posting rules environment in order generate automatic accounting postings for the different type of transactions through electronic bank statement processing, reducing workload and manual work consuming on the processing and account reconciliation.-Other projects:Manage LATAM Capital Requests & Approvals (RFA) Service Coordination.Pricing and Revenue Services for Latin Center & Mexico.

During this assignation, the Business Unit has been audited by Corporate in 2 periods, both times meeting the company requirements about internal controls and accounting procedures (no high risk neither repeat risks findings). In order to prepare the Operation to achieve this result, I have defined the internal control and audit activities execution plan based on the prioritization about the most critical areas and process based on global benchmark with other Business Units and local concerns, such as Revenues recognition, Marketing Investment Plans, Procurement, Bank & Cash, Antibribery policy, Responsible Marketing policy, Ethics and Code of Business Conduct.Other activities I have led that helped the Business Unit to ensure the high performance on internal control environment and financial accuracy were the coordination of the SOX process narratives and Risk and Control matrix, execution of pre-audit assessments, support process design improvements and the coordination the execution of 3rd party audits over marketing agencies and distributors.

Responsible for coordinate Treasury Operations for Latin America. During this role, I have reduced LATAM Account Receivable Past Due percentage to 6% vs 20% of global average (also generated + 1.5 usd mln on P&L impact for 2014 by BDR reduction). In order to achieved this goal, I have defined weekly performance meetings with the team (8 associates) to follow the key business metrics and providing an early warning of potential problems to address. General activities: Account Receivables process, explaining main distortions to Corporate and Business Units. Responsible of disbursement process for all Companies ensuring strong internal controls. Responsible for coordinate the cash flow with close interaction with different areas. Support local Business Unit initiatives of excess cash available. Other project: Led LATAM CFX (Citibank File Exchange) implementation, bank software solution that simplifies SAP payment transactions through host-to-host file transfer.

Follow up account receivables for differents Business Units (Latin America, South Latin and Brazil) and unpaid balances reporting. Execute disbursement payments ensuring strong internal controls.
