JV between Worley and SKIC to build the second stage Datacenter in Santiago, for an amount of US$120 million and with a peak of 1,600 workers.• Develop and implement a contractual model based on a collaborative and time-materials strategy for the client, aligned with the degree of progress of the supply, engineering and local culture.• Generation and leadership of a work plan for the achievement of the FR (Facilitate Ready) dates of the project, which were strongly impacted by the Social Outbreak and the Pandemic. • Leadership in the design and implementation of a Labor Relations plan, based on transparency, communication and honesty with workers, which allowed, against all odds, to have the best result in the psychosocial risk survey of the more than 20 SKIC work centers.

SKIC started its entry plan in Brazil with the construction of five high voltage lines of more than 1,500 km in length, in JV with Alumini (Brazilian) and Fujan (China). A total amount of US$ 275 million.• Leadership in the implementation of SKIC's project control systems in the JV, taking care of cultural barriers (different companies and nationalities), making the information reliable and timely.

Construction and Erection of a Cochrane 500 MW thermoelectric power plant (two 250 MW units) owned by AES and Client POSCO, responsible for the EPC. A total amount of US$ 180 million and a peak of 3,000 workers.

JV between Vial y Vives and SKIC for the execution of three parallel contracts: (i) EPC of the Truck Workshop; (ii) construction and erection of the Electrical Sub-Station and (iii) Concentrator for Minera Caserones owned by Lumina Copper. For an amount of US$360 million and with a peak of 1,700 workers.• Lead a major renegotiation process of the contract, from Unit Price Series to Time and Materials, with Lumina Copper, achieving conditions that allowed an advance of 80% in one year.

Construction and Erection of a 500 MW thermoelectric power plant (two 250 MW units) owned by AES and Client POSCO, responsible for the EPC. A total amount of US$ 180 million and a peak of 3,000 workers.
