Led and managed a construction team on-board offshore construction vessels to fabricate and install tie-in spools and risers and pre-commission gas, oil, and water pipelines offshore Angola. Specific construction activities included subsea spool fabrication and installation, riser installation, saturation diving construction, subsea cable lay and pre-commissioning, and offshore pipeline pre-commissioning.
