• I created the organization in order to start regular production for 1 and 2 shifts. I created system strategies and implemented for new facilities (Assembly Plant expansion, new Stamping Plant and new Engine Plant). Regular operation included administrative, production, plant floor systems and communications (Data, Voice and Videoconference). Achieved the Guanajuato 2000 and ISO 9000 certificates for the quality in the operation• Project Manager I created and implemented the systems strategy for electronics communications with European, Latin America systems and develop and implement systems in order to get information on the Product Design, materials, production control, supplies communications and Global purchasing system.• Developed part of the Business proposal for Banco de Comercio Exterior and implemented the solution for Letters of credit, first non General Motors client for EDS. Implementation of the non productive material common system for Toluca and Ramos Arizpe engine plants.• Systems consultant in a project in Venezuela with Client Heinz, I developed a business proposal in order to obtain a systems strategy.• I managed a project to have common systems for General Motors México (Toluca, Ramos Arizpe and Mexico City) the project was implemented successfully in 1 year.• I developed an inventory system in order to reduce from 2 weeks to 5 days the Physical inventory and reduce the time to process the production cost from 3 days to 1 day.
