Responsibilities:Responsible for training and support of the OEM to introduce the PCS Charger board and AC Filter used on Model 3 electric Tesla car.Responsible for local support and primary contact between OEM and TESLA.Responsible of improvements on FPY and maintain good trend and reduce down time which could affect GigaFactory to meet the daily car production output.Responsible to generate programs, fixtures and deploy it around the OEM's who will built around the world.Responsible to support OEM around the world if is necessary to solve problems or make improvements.Achievements: Introduce automatic Keysight ICT inline in production to launch Model 3 electric car in mass production. Increase the quantity of inline ICT’s and Flash station in production to meet the requirements with the sales increase of Model 3 electric car on the world. Training support OEM teams around the world to build several models of boards used on Model X, Model S and Model 3 electric cars. Generate programs and fixtures for the new Model Y electric car to be launch on 2020. Improvements to reach 95% and more yield on ICT’s and Flash Stations and in the same time increase the output of the production line. Work closely with the OEM to have spare parts of equipment and fixtures on time to minimize down time in production. Work closely with Keysight to improve and fix bugs with the inline system and improve with the design Keysight team improvement

Responsibilities:Responsible for introduction, maintenance, support and improvements on ICT area of entire plant, base primary on HP3070 ICT models and using secondary models TRI, Teradyne, Spectrum, Zenthel and Genrad. Responsible on line transfers from ELMA (N.Y.), Seguin (Texas), Cuautla (Mexico), Huntsville(Texas) locations on the test area side for Chrysler products.

Support all the lines on the factory on In Circuit Test systems, functional systems, Flashing systems, repair equipment when is needed, introduce new systems to the line when was required, transfer products from other plants to Nogales.
