Ignacio's been working for more than ten years in IT and management consulting. He's got a large experience in defining and deploying systems and defining the traditional and digital strategy for customer care and sales in different clients all over the world.Over the period 2009-2015, he led, as a member of Endesa's Customer Service Department, the building of Endesa's sales and Customer Care portal (https://www.endesaclientes.com), from the early times of its definition until its final implementation and roll out. Along with this initiative, he materialized part of the digitalization strategy in new channels (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).Prior to his experience at Endesa, he developed his professional career in some of the large consulting firms (Accenture, PwCC, Deloitte and IBM) and development companies in large banking entities (ISBAN UK).Ignacio is a capable, active and motivated person with a strong desire to face new challenges, both national and international, and with ease of integration into multidisciplinary and multinational teams.
