I´ve developed my main skills in corporate ESG matters, strategy, financial analysis, acquisitions,IPOs, Hostile Bids, delistings, road shows, Mergers, defending my company interests in board of directors and managing special projects in corporate and fashion arena.Working more than 30 years in a multi cultural and multinational environment, 7 years in Mapfre leading insurance group in Iberia and Latin America and 24 years in Tendam (former Grupo Cortefiel), fashion retailer present in more than 70 countries, with 1,800 stores and more than 140 years of history.Member of the board of directors of all International Subsidiaries and in former participated companies such as Douglas Spain and Douglas Perfumaria Portugal or the PMS Turyocio Group.Chairing or vocal Member of the Managing Boards at National and International Retail, Clothing Retail and Branding Associations and Alliances.President of EBCA, in 2007 together with other multinational colleagues we founded in Brussels the European Branded Clothing Alliance mainly focused in corporate and international trade interest of the main global fashion retail brands,PhD candidate at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Visiting lecturer in several universities and business schools I´m teaching strategy applied to fashion retail at ISEM Universidad de Navarra, International Strategy at IE Business School and Industry & Production at UFdV as hired professor.
