Teaching Theory of Knowledge (Epistomology) to teenagers (16-18) as part of the International Baccalaurate Diploma Programme. TOK is a core subject which is evaluated through an extended essay. It covers different optional themes along the course: Politics, Technology and Language and different Areas of Knowledge: History, Arts, Maths, Natural Sciences and Human sciences.

This internship was the final milestone in my career (Development Studies and Public Policy Management - Human Sciences). We created… Show more This internship was the final milestone in my career (Development Studies and Public Policy Management - Human Sciences). Working in the Prorrectorado de Gestión - UdelaR was a motivation due to the opportunity of participating in several projects, leading to work interdisciplinary with Sociologist, Architects, Administratives, etc. The main project I took part in was related to organizational management from the perspective of organizations that learn through processess and places. We created a graphic organizer to work with different personnel in the areas of building management and incorporate the space, objects and infrastracture as a third actor. Delivering workshops and starting an on-going communication with effective washback is the next step in the project. Three services are already implementing the project.I also participated in "comunidad de prácticas" that works with the objective of creating contexts and enabling actors to "talk to each other"; creating common groud for effective communication and reaching common goals effectively.
