Reporting to the GM's of the Divisions and the President of the Region, I was responsible for recommending, developing and implementing plans within the EMEA region in order to reach the financial targets. I was also responsible of the consistency of the brand messaging making sure the products were presented and merchandised as per global guidelines in the relevant Points of sale. I was the GO TO person for sales, customer and trade marketing teams. Liaising with the President of the region I had to pull regional and global resources to reach the targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Guide and support the sales team to ensure plans are executed at retail.• Interact directly with Key Accounts in the region (together with sales team) to make sure plans are executed flawless in these very high visibility accounts.• Working with all business partners on brand positioning through events, placement and social media activity.• Work closely with division heads to design, implement and maintain sell through initiatives.• Working closely with Regional teams to execute plans.• Communicate new product launches to the region teams and authorized retailers.• Monitor sales trends and activities at retail, report changes and propose plans that will impact business.• Design and implementation of materials to aid with dealers sales efforts through training, display and merchandising.• The CPS is the leader of the category in Europe, he is the GO TO Person for all questions related to the category of products. He is jointly responsible for the delivery of the targets (sales, margin, market share and sell through).

Responsible of adidas, Reebok and Taylor Made distributor in Venezuela, overseeing all functions in all channels. From October 2014 also took care of Costa Rica and Honduras.
