Professor (Mba). Purview Areas: Preneurship, Creativity & Innovation, And Business & Arts.Escuela De Negocios Uca 2014 - PresentPuerto Madero Campus, Buenos Aires, ArgentinaPurpose Statement: “We are at a crucial point in history, as we must provide people with the tools and the confidence to face a changing world that is rapidly shifting on the basis of AI, robotics, general technological developments, the sustainability mandate, and an economic system which is transforming from linear to circular at neck-breaking speed. It could be said that this is now the age of the new “Renaissance Men and Women”. Technology is on the one hand replacing many of our jobs, but it is also freeing us from many repetitive tasks, and thus forcing us to reshape and transform traditional positions and professions. We must provide current and future generations the possibility of having the strengths and abilities to constantly refocus their lives. That means agile, dynamic, executive and perhaps less hierarchical management styles that promote flexibility, and leadership roles which should aim at forming good working teams, reaching consensual visions, while offering more "carrots" than sticks.Management. in the 21st century, aims to be more horizontal. A conversed leadership that better resembles the leader of a jazz band. Teams where we must lead by inspiration, and work through a shared and well learned common score. But at the same, it should be a process that also recognizes individual prowess and provides the necessary room to exploit creative and innovative improvisations.” -

Coordinator Covid-19 Vaccine TrialsItrials & Pfizer/Biontech Jul 2020 - Dec 2020Buenos Aires, ArgentinaConducted at the Central Military Hospital in Buenos Aires (HMC), the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine trials in Argentina were an intricate part of the international effort that produced the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid 19 vaccine. The iTrials team was headed by Dr. Fernando Polack MD and his brilliant team of scientists. These are, as to this date, the largest single-site trials in history, with over 7,000 volunteers in one specific center and more than 900 personnel involved. Under the direct supervision of Dr. Romina Libster MD, together with 9 other colleagues, we coordinated with our teams the recruitment, filtering process, enrolment, and the complexities of the day to day management of all volunteers, while synchronizing every one of the visits, including those post-vaccination, with the medical teams.

Managing Partner Argentina OfficeFerrell Law (Then Known As Ferrell Schultz Pa) 2002 - 2003Managing Partner for Argentina of this now extinct Miami based international law firm then headed by the late Milton Ferrell Jr. Major responsibilities were PR, marketing, and new business development of the newly established practice in Argentina (in association with the prestigious Allende & Brea local law firm). In a short period of time, and in the middle of one of Argentina’s worst economic crises, the firm produced extremely strong results. The Argentina office was mentioned in several publications in the U.S. by some of the top partners of the firm as an example of how a foreign legal firm should enter the difficult Argentine legal market, especially because of its very clever and efficient negotiation strategies with the public sector and its ethical management of its clients at a time of national crisis. As a result, I was designated by the Firm to represent it within the organizing committee which was in charge of the reception held in Miami for the then Vice-President of Argentina, Daniel Scioli, in his first official visit to the US.As the managing partner for Ferrell in Argentina, my task combined overseeing legal projects from local clients or US clients with interests in the region, both in the US and Argentina, and most importantly, promoting the firm's activities, engage and incorporate new high-level clients, and organize events and PR activities that would then generate new leads. -
