- IT business partner ( P/L analysis, deviations, accruals, prepaid expenses, payroll, project controlling, IC invoicing, CAPEX department)- month over month analysis at group level- cost center report at group level - quarterly report- budget support

- executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures- oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, payroll and bank reconciliation functions- responsible for coordinating with external tax accountants for income tax preparation and auditors who prepare internal audits of the company- coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget- prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements- review bookings, ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting- coordinate transfer pricing documentation- participation in due diligence processes and implementation of accounting procedures

- accounting entries and daily agenda (purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank entries, salaries, preparation of PO and SO)- month end support for ATS divisions- intercompany balances (analyze differences and report to be correted)- intercompany offsets

- general accounting and reporting in accordance with the US GAAP- coordination of accounting among several European facilities- coordination of external and internal audits- process and monitor ledger updates from the costing and inventory systems to the General Ledger- communicate with internal customers and suppliers

- support to the AP Italy team and AP Germany team in processing suppliers' invoices in Brainware- ensure timely and appropriate recording of all transactions in accounts receivables- analyze AR related issues (i.e. incorrect invoicing and incorrect master date) and solves issues independently following the exception handling process- ensure correct archiving of all documents- ensure fulfillment of company obligations to third parties and employees based on established procedures and guidelines- provide monthly and on request analyses and reports to the AR Team Lead and internal customers- handle questions from internal customers on AR related topics and ensures correct follow-up- create and maintain close working relationships with the internal customers- follow-up and solve exception handling regarding AR issues (including contacting customers)- support both internal and external audits to ensure internal control and Sarbanes Oxley requirements are being met- back-up peer AR associates
