I am a Marketing Director at Renacimiento Musical S.A. de C.V., a leading company in the music industry, where I have been working since August 2016. I design and implement marketing campaigns, events, and strategies to promote the company's products and services, reaching a diverse and loyal customer base. I also use data analytics tools, such as Microsoft Power Query, to measure and optimize the performance and impact of the marketing initiatives, generating reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.Previously, I was a Business Operations Analyst at Arrow ECS North America, a global provider of technology solutions, from March 2023 to February 2024. I was part of the Data Integrity Team that ensured the accuracy and quality of the data across the enterprise systems and platforms. I identified, diagnosed, and resolved data issues, as well as supported the data governance and compliance processes. My education background in marketing, business development, and strategic planning, which I obtained from Universidad de Guadalajara in July 2021, has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to create value and impact for the business and the customers.
