Full Stack Engineer
CurrentIn my current role at the company, I perform tasks related to the development of web and mobile applications using tools such as Flutter, Vue.js, and Spring Boot. I also implement REST APIs for system integration and solve specific integration problems using Red Hat FUSE. As the team lead for Full-Stack Development projects, I work across all layers of the technology stack to develop functional and efficient applications.I also lead and collaborate with the developers' team in project management and in making technology and system architecture decisions. I foster communication and teamwork to ensure project success and make sure that team members have the necessary skills and tools to carry out their work. As a leader, my goal is to ensure a strong and effective development culture, where each team member can grow professionally and reach their full potential.
