Liderando un grupo de cuatro empresas, Activa, Óptima, AIO (Acondicionamientos, instalaciones y obras), y Torrecereña de Construcciones.Las cuatro empresas gestionan obras y servicios que se complementan, teniendo los mandos intermedios (jefes de obra y jefes de servicio) y los operarios independientes en cada una de las empresas, pero manteniendo en común los departamentos de administración, RRHH, estudios, comercial.Realización de todo tipo de obras, desde pequeñas reformas hasta la construcción de inmuebles para supermercados, oficinas, naves industriales, etc.Los servicios que gestiona Activa son servicios de mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones de edificios, siendo expertos en climatización y sistemas eléctricos, gestionando asimismo servicios de limpieza de interiores, limpieza viaria y jardinería.

• Promoted to set up and develop Clece’s Latin American business in 2012 following a private equity firm (Mercapital) acquiring a 25% shareholding in the company. Mandate is currently to conduct market analysis of the service and maintenance sector, both by country and by company, with the objective of building market share via acquisitions.• Initially physically located in São Paulo, Brasil, then Bogota Columbia. Countries analysed include Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Argentina and Chile.• Market and sector analysis in Brasil conducted alongside the Boston Consulting Group and in other countries with Clece’s internal audit department.• Responsible for conducting due-diligence of target companies identified in the market and sector analysis. The target companies are mainly best-in-class in their sector.• Engage in the negotiation of acquisition of suitable firms once identified. Meetings involve both senior management of target firms and Clece shareholders to agree terms for acquisition.

• Promoted to run Clece's business in Andalucía and Extremadura encompassing 12,000 employees, Reported directly to the CEO. • Mandate was to ensure sustained growth and increased profitability. Growth of business over three years increased from €145mm to €210mm in net sales alongside an EBITDA increment of 76% over the same period during a deep and prolonged recession in Spain.• Responsible for all departments in my region including production, administration, personnel, marketing, procurement and market analysis.• Management of senior client relationships ensuring my personal involvement in major meetings.• Streamlined the business and increased productivity by splitting the region into three divisions, each with their own manager.
