I'm a Partner at PwC specialized in international tax and tax structuring matters with more than twenty years of experience assisting local groups and multinational companies with Argentine interests covering both Argentine and international tax matters in different industries such as, among others, Energy, Utilities & Mining and Agribusiness. I currently lead these industries tax practices in PwC Argentina.I joined PwC Argentina in 1996. Prior to joining the firm, I was a member of the Argentine Tax Authorities - Dirección de Auditoría Fiscal, belonging to the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos – Dirección General Impositiva - from 1994 through 1996.I was seconded two years (2012 – 2014) to the Latin American Tax Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York where I was involved in several global projects related to direct and indirect taxation and cross-border transactions.I actively participate as expositor in local and international tax symposiums conducted by the IFA in Argentina (Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales) and by PwC related to my fields of expertise, including the Latin American Tax Symposiums regularly organized by PwC in Europe and in the US. I also regularly participate as expositor at seminars organized by the CPA Council of the City of Buenos Aires and Chambers of Corporations and Entrepreneurs, among others. My written credits include collaborating on the Doing Business guide issued by the World Bank since 2005 and contributing since 2006 to the International Tax Review and World Tax publications edited by Euromoney.
