GeoAgris (MATIKA SA) is an agronomic consulting firm orientated to the development of precision agriculture projects and the analysis of agricultural data. As manager of the Development & Analysis Department I've developed different projects as a leadear of a team formed by Agronomist, software developers, statistical and GIS specialist:• Land evaluation System using satellite imagery, climate data and crop models: in several countries of South America and Africa for companies like Cresud, UPM, DuPont Pioneer and SeaBoard• Spatial Optimization projects for more than 1.000.000 has in South America for companies like Monsanto, Dow-Agrosciences and Syngenta• Field Trial Design using PA technology (including definition of management zone, data collection with yield monitor) for major companies like Monsanto, Dow Agrosciences, Liag, CREAA, among others• Automatic Water balances system, integrating Weather Station data, Soil Data and Crop parameters. • Crop Monitor System to know the need for different agro-chemical and / or estimate the crop yield for companies like Monsanto, Dow-Agrosciences, Syngenta and Satus Ager• Labor Quality Management Dashboard for different equipments and branches, integrating data from monitors and weather stations• Web Interface integrating databases, gDrive Spreadsheets and Web-GIS system to display telemetric data and economic and nutrient balances. • Generation of international partnership with Airbus D&S.Some of my tasks are:• Flowchart definition and Task management systems implementation via Redmine• Project definition and/or adaptation to different countries and crops• Project leader of key clients:• R&D responsible, working with interdisciplinary teams and external staff. • Participation in company strategies definition and business development.• Generation of international links with satellite images suppliers: partnership with Airbus Defence & Space, commercial relation with Aurea Imaging and Apollo Mapping.

• Organization and management:o Responsible of 4-6 employees.• Working together with the IT department to incorporate different routines to a owner software.• Data Processing:o from yield monitors and fertilizing / planters of different brands; o performing spatial heterogeneity intra-block analysis by combining one or more years of data from performance monitors and / or satellite images; o map generation for prescription in fertilizing / planters with variable application equipment; o soil sampling maps; o trials Statistical analysis; o writing report and making presentations for major clients.• Research and Developmento Generating new services offered by the company. Among the services that I have developed are: Land Evaluation and Assessment of productive capacity of land. Crop Monitoring service: maps of the current state of crop with satellite images.o Process Improvement. Improved algorithm of intra-block classification;  Research and development of filters and statistics required in different processes; among others.o Processing optimization: Optimization of processing protocols to increase sector productive efficiency. IDL programming.• Conducting field checkups for:o Major Clients,o Land Evaluation, o Crop Monitoring,o Strip trials• Acquisition of satellite images:o Trading links with international providers.

• Participación en la confección de inventarios forestales.• Participación en la planificación y puesta en marcha de diferentes proyectos: Pruebas de producción de Actinidia deliciosa –kiwi. Pruebas de producción agrícola –maíz y soja. Producción de cría bovina.• Participación en las actividades regulares del establecimiento. Marcación de parcelas de plantación, raleo o corte. Estimación de rendimientos y calidad de madera extraída en montes en pie.
