Director of Face to Face and Blended Programs

Responsible for key accounts in HR solutions (training, competency development and outsourcing of HR processes.).

- Responsible for development of existing accounts as well as capturing new clients in Spain & Portugal.- Spotting opportunities, finding solutions, and the design, implementation and follow-up of global training projects.

- Established relationships with a range of clients and held direct responsibility for these accounts.Clients included CEPSA, Volvo, Gas Natural Fenosa, BBVA, Philips and Repsol.- Built relationships with client companies both at different hierarchical levels and across business unitsand functions.- Created and coordinated IE Business School working teams that carried out activities and programsfor our corporate clients.- Assessed executives’ development needs, designed Development Plan and created completetraining program portfolio for our corporate clients (by position in the hierarchy, business unit,responsibilities and location)- Drew up collaboration agreements with companies.

- Analysis of company training requirements and the circumstances surrounding them, as well asconsideration of all other factors influencing the development of specific training initiatives, such asvalues, company policies in different areas, management by competencies, etc.- Training plan design, either as a customised program for a specific part of the company or as acombination of programs to be carried out at different levels and times.- Implementation of the training programs: teacher selection, planning, coordination of logistics(documentation, classrooms, etc.), student support, project monitoring, follow-up, etc.

- Responsible for ongoing improvement of the organisation and management of departmentalprocedures, including contact with clients and providers, managing teacher planning, logisticalplanning, organisation of events, etc.
