The Global Management Trainee Program is an intensive 10-month rotational program, where we are immersed in various functional areas of the company such as Sales, Marketing, Supply and Staff areas. Including a training in St Louis (USA) on the company's culture, strategy and structure with ABI´S CEO and senior leaders as well as meeting fellow trainees from across the company.During my Supply rotation I spent 5 weeks working in our main brewery in the north part of Argentina, Acheral Plant. There we manage to have a hand on aproach into the day to day of the brewery. I spent my month in Sales in Buenos Aires, implementing a program to improve the comunication between the sales force and the retailers of chinesse origin. Here I was able to get a hands on experience about how the field sales operation works, valuable information when working in any part of the company.In my Marketing rotation I was lucky enough to be part of the Quilmes Clásica launch.
