Always linked to business generation:  Advising and creating the legal and business structure of new commercial formats or access to new business niches, when the company is stuck in the current model or wants to accelerate its growth: concession system, distribution and agency networks, franchises, etc. . and all the commercial formats that can work in each specific case.  Especially linked to the development of the Public Sector Sales Channel. All the companies with which we collaborate in this area have either significantly increased their sales volume to the public sector, or have managed to generate consistent billing since their inception. We are present in the sectors of Energy, Transport, Food, Rehabilitation and Building, Sanitation, Maintenance and Cleaning, Advertising, Machinery, Consulting, Insurance, Security, etc.  Establishing alliances, partnerships, joint ventures and all types of collaborations, for our clients: even providing our own networking when the occasion requires it.  Project Financing: We activate all lines of work: i) public area (ENISA, CDTI, ICEX, COFIDES, ICO, General Directorates of SMEs of various Autonomous Communities, etc.) ii) at the European level we have collaborated on Creative Europe-style sectoral lines or on generic programs oriented to medium-sized companies (COSME program) and, in research, Horizon Europe. iii) public-private collaboration agreements, iv) participatory loans, entry of formal risk capital or business Angels, with or without share premiums, financing through Suppliers and Clients, etc. v) Foundations and Associations: we are members of the Board of Trustees or Board of Directors of Foundations and Associations at the national level. We are a fundamental part of the machinery necessary to access the call for public and private aid, or obtain financing for specific projects.  Mergers and acquisitions: purchase and sale operations of companies, establishment of formulas for the acquisition of companies and other assets that make it possible to close operations.
