Administrative Internship: Import & Export logistics for premium South American beef, constant collaboration with end-customers and distribution centers, price controlling and adjustments, marketing flyer development, goods quality control (in Rotterdam, NL) and sales to private customers.

Weekly shifts taking over nursery functions on University campus. Assisted and supported psychologically students, ran awareness campaigns, supervised with paramedics major events, emergency medical interventions.

Operational Internship at the reception: daily front desk tasks, preparation of the VIP list, conciergerie and recommendations to customers, management of reservations in hotel’s Opera system, creation of files for the back office, assisting General Manager and Events department for congresses’ organization and local venues.

Operational Internship: welcoming guests upon arrival, conciergerie, management of reservations in hotel’s Paradise Reservation System, husekeeping, maintenance, security during night shifts, breakfast service.

Temporary placement: bartender, wine recommendations, cocktail creation, waiter and runner during rush times.
