Responsible for coordinating seller-to-seller (PSeller) strategy in major enterprise customer segment. As a Program Manager I'm orchestrating communications between Microsoft teams and Partners teams, setting up PSeller community events and meetings to drive growth and profitability in the major segment. • Support seller-to-seller strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. • Help teams to ensure that they are aligned with the seller-to-seller strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the seller-to-seller strategy is integrated into all aspects of the organization. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the seller-to-seller strategy is aligned with their needs and goals. • Monitor and report on the progress of the seller-to-seller strategy to senior management. • Analyze data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Create and review enablement plan for Microsoft Learning Partners in the sub with relevant resources: trainer, venue, catering, hosting services.• Land and integrate CMO/CORP initiatives into the local skills plan• Manage usage of Cloud Champion (CC) including integration with local skills plan, execution calendar definition by disti and content maintenance.• Matching between registrations and key partners to be in the training activity (co-sell prio, next co-sell prio gen…) and action when required (approve, deny, push)• Coordinate with Partner Communications lead for activities communication • Hosting services during both online and onsite events including check-in, acommodation, breakout rooms, etc.• Budget management including PO requests, and attaching POE, creating engagement ID, and conducting privacy review, and updating budget tracker with relevant information.
