I developed and maintained an internal product for managing and sending mass communications to clients, processing over 30 million communications monthly.The system automated and optimized the delivery of notifications, emails, and other messages, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and ensure scalability.
