As project manager Microwd, I carried out the development and implementation of legal and operational point of the startup. On the one hand, I have coordinated the development of the website and marketing to publicize the platform. I also took the project accounting and customer relations. Moreover, I coordinated operations with our local NGO in Nicaragua to grant the microloan to poor women. I travelled to the field to train staff and get all the information to the proper functioning of the project.

As a Fellow for the biggest social crowdfunding platform in the world, I worked for four months to the American organization Kiva. I was assigned Nicaragua in order to audit two microfinance institutions and train local staff. In addition, I design work processes to improve operational efficiency of organizations and implement metrics to measure improvement. Together, with the organizations, we studied different credit lines to increase the available portfolio.

As project manager located in Peru, my main goal was to introduce the product and the brand among the leading companies in the country. Alongside with our local agent, I got to introduce the product into ten of different fisheries in Peru and the five largest companies in the fishing industry knew the product. I also train the personnel of both companies as our agent in the use of biosensoric technology.

We also planned and developed strategies and distribution channels under the export models and / or establishment of businesses in Egypt.
