NGO "Mes Darom" organises an annual volunteer cleanup of Lithuania. It reached over 100.000 of participants or 3% of Lithuanian population, who took part in all 60 Lithuanian municipalities.My roles:- Attracting sponsorship - Coca Cola, Philip Morris, Nokia, Maxima, IKI, Bite and hundres of small donors- Marketing company brand - "Mes Darom" is one of the most well known NGO and volunteer brands in Lithuania. Our media partners were the largest Lithuanian media companies - TV3, LRT, Delfi, 15min and majority of regional media outlets- Being the NGO Face in the Media - I took part in over 20 TV and radio shows, many conferences and meetings- Coordinating the Team - 5 full time employees, 8 volunteer teams (marketing, sales etc.), 60 regional volunteer coordinators, 3.500 cleaning site coordinators- Government Partners - the Presidency of Lithuania, Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Environment, most of 60 local mayors, most of 550 heads of smaller municipalities (seniūnijos)
