Having earned my Master of Human Resources and Talent Management, I understand the importance the HR department has in a company, and how branding and new technologies are reshaping the nature of the Human Resources.During my career as an HR Advisor at Criteo (IT company with 3000 employees worldwide) I’ve handled all the life cycle of the employees, from recruitment to termination. Specially, the Onboarding processes of 10 offices simultaneously in Europe, Middle East and Africa, handling more than 100 Onboarding processes. My Final Master Project consisted on a HR Consultancy for Vodafone Iceland, that demanded the creation of a tool and a process that would help them include work-life balance for every employee in the company, including the store employees. The proposed solution was very well received and quickly implemented.During my career as an English Teacher, I created and developed an Onboarding Process and a teaching methodology that helped the school with their attrition problem and their customer retention issues. During my time as a Production Assistant in Advertising, I developed my interpersonal skills in a way that allowed me to foster and increase workflow between departments. In this capacity, I was able to be an effective advisor to employees that were having issues and solving conflicts between coworkers, it also helped me foster my creativity and problem solving skills. All those experiences made me realise that I wanted to work in Human Resources and Talent Management.I believe that both my educational and professional backgrounds in Human Resources and my actions in other companies show that I am a great candidate for this position. I look forward to discussing how my skills can be of value to your company. Thank you for your time, consideration, and forthcoming response.
