From January through October 2018 I was working as a freelance curator on following projects:– Curatorial concept for a new presentation of a private collection together with the artist Monica Bonvicini; – Monica Bonvicini's concept, set and costume design for a contemporary opera production, conceived as a collaboration between the 58th Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art and Teatro La Fenice, Venice. – Publishing and press projects. – Curator of the Horizn Art Programme - a newly found private arts support platform by a Berlin-based fashion label. In 2018, the programme has awarded two prizes in collaboration with the 10th Berlin Biennale and the artist Rirkrit Tiravanija.

As a responsible person for internationally renowned artist's press and texts matters, I undertake the following tasks: ↪ Press inquiries and liaisons, spokesperson duties;↪ Press releases;↪ Editorial responsibilities; ↪ Liaising with contemporary art institutions, museums, galleries and collectors;↪ Coordination of publications;↪ Online communication and presence;↪ Executive and general assistance; ↪ Team coordination and management.

Archive Kabinett, a project space tightly associated with Archive Books publishing house, holds a diverse programme of cultural events. Responsibilities varied to:↪ Scheduling, organising and promoting events such as exhibitions, film screenings, presentations and lectures;↪ Public communication and presence of project space and its programme;↪ Research and writing;↪ Funding applications; ↪ Initiating and executing external collaborations on an institutional level; ↪ Staff and hiring.

↪ Publishing and visual production management;↪ Workflow process and optimisation;↪ Webmastering and online presence;↪ Team support and assistance;↪ Organising events, conferences and receptions.

↪ Organisation of promotional conferences and events;↪ Translation and adaptation of multimedia material; ↪ Contact database management and improvement.

Archive is a multidisciplinary organisation, holding a publishing house Archive Books, a public space Archive Kabinett, a semi-periodical magazine Archive Journal and a graphic design studio Archive Appendix. While working at Archive, I was assisting the director and chief designer Chiara Figone in publication production, and curatorial / editorial liaisons. I was in charge of gallery running activities, such as inventory and account tracking, exhibition mounting, event organising and publicity. Finally I took part in organisation's projects as a researcher and an organiser from their initial stage to executing and evaluation. Successfully executed tasks:↪ Managing gallery and publishing house accountancy and inventory;↪ Communication: artistic, editorial and curatorial liaisons and relations;↪ Taking part in highly demanding printed publishing projects.↪ Organisation of exhibitions, events, receptions. ↪ Archive's participation in external projects and promotional events;
