Connecting user’s need for their employee’s development through degree education. Managing Lecturers and Employees Scholarship (for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral study), from making regulation, creating promotion strategy, managing scholarship budget, assessing candidate, monitoring every grantees study progress until making data driven report regularly to users. Seeking solution and handling difficult employees are my everyday challenges.

I am responsible to develop graduate student (S2) having competencies they need to enter working life. I do make a whole development program in-corporate with academic program and career development center. I build learning roadmap, held soft skill improvement workshop such as relationship building, problem solving, strategic & integrative thinking, and team working. I also encourage students to achieve higher through competition by making competition corner. Here students get information about competition, mentored by faculty member and get presentation skill coaching. After 2 months I hold this position I got chance to go to South Korea with selected students. After one year hold this position, I get more responsibility to make program for students from night class (Business Management Students) and now we have partnership with some company to held better program to improve students competencies.

I am responsible to map competencies, choosing assessment method align with competencies needed to assess, interview and analyze employee’s competencies through interview, observation, focus group discussion, role play, and psychological test. Iassess employee on managerial level for Jiwasraya, Taspen, and Golden Truly. I also have experience to give coaching for Sime Darby employee. Although it’s not my main job and I only did when allowed by my boss, Executive Learning Institute always choose me to support the assessment program.

I was responsible to increase student’s involvement in extracurricular activities like Student Activity Center (kind like Unit KegiatanMahasiswa) and Student Board (kind like Senat). I also responsible to make program that increase student’s soft skills. I have one class (till now) and give lecturing about presentation skill, interpersonal and communication skill, achievement, team working and maturity. For one year I got extra responsibility to held some program which are student’s orientation with outbound method and student internship program. I got many company network by being person in charge for internship program. After outbound I got compliment from Undergraduate Program Directur who held lunch to celebrate me and my team’s achievement in outbound activity. After one year, I got promotion to higher level as Senior Student Engagement Staff for Graduate Program.

After office hour and on Saturday I still open for counseling especially for teen with interpersonal and educational problem, and also young adulthood with career and relationship problem. I also have a column in Intisari Online Ask The Expert Article where I mostly write about meaning of life and interpersonal issue.
