SAP HCM ERP is one of the most flexible beyond just recruiting. In an organization, HR not just hires employees but segregates employees based on various factors such as department level, payment days, payment details, designations software for HR processes widely used.There are various sub models in SAP HCM for different processes.1) Organizational Management (ECC) 2) Personnel Administration (ECC)3) Time Management (ECC) 4) Payroll (ECC) 5) ESS and MSS (Portal)Responsibilities:•Requirement gathering and Analysis and design Test Case by seeing Blue print document•Designing Test cases by seeing Use Case specification. •Executing Test Cases in HP QC. •Involved in Defects meetings.•Interaction with the Functional team.•SIT (System Integration testing), explained Test scenarios and test cases to Functional team for review and signoff.•Tested all test cases in QA environment.•Effective communicating to the Functional as well as bussiness about the Bugs and getting them fixed•Worked on OM, PY,Time and leave modules through ECC-system in QA environment.•Managed people in the project. •Supported in UAT ,Regression, End to End Regression testing and sanity testing.•Involved in Project Meetings and daily scrum as well as status Meetings.Environment: ECC, Webbased application(ESS & MSS) or (People portal).
