Established a PMO Office for Weir Minerals Africa in 2008. Thereafter assumed responsibility for managing the Project Management Office [PMO] for Weir Minerals Africa untill September 2010.

Assisted in the establishment of a Group Procurement Function and Group Freight Forwarding & Clearing Function. Successfully implemented an e-Commerce system (Vortalbuy) across all Divisions in Nampak (1500 users). This system is fully integrated with Nampak’s ERP system. Implemented freight forwarding and clearing system (CompuClear) for Nampak’s FF&C Division. Implemented the Afrox LPG contract across all Divisions in Nampak.

Developed a training and education methodology and successfully managed the training and education of the project team, key and end users for the JDE implementation project across all Nampak Divisions (3500 users). Developed and implemented an ERP/MRP readiness assessment. Developed and implemented a competency development framework for JDE implementation resources.

Successful implementation of MFG Pro in the Gauteng region (4 x sites). Introduced Supply Chain Education (APICS) to the Division at all levels. Implemented a Shop Floor Data Collection System (SFDC).

Member of the finance and admin centralization project, setup a national structure for cost and management accounting in the Division.
