Conduct quantitative work:- Prepare datasets, for specific projects according to specifications required by the relevant PIs and research team(s). This involves (but not limited to) data cleaning, data quality, merging multiple files, creating and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, variable creation, and harmonization assessment for various data sources.- Prepare analysis plan for specific projects- Perform statistical analysis including econometric modelling.- Create data visualization- Run data cleaning and data analysis using Stata.- Prepare data dictionary, documentation and user manuals.- Participate in the preparation of written and oral presentations that summarize the analysis of data.Reporting and Communication:-Maintain effective and efficient communication with supervisors and PI-Provide periodic updates on project activities to PIs and subject experts-Produce documentation of project progress.-Produce report and presentation

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly investor report.• Gathering and analyzing data to provide insight about the current situation of the company.

• Analyzing clients requirements in the sales process to define the project scope.• Reviewing and researching best practices in the sales process and CRM software.• Coordinating a team to work on CRM software.• Designing modifications and new features for the CRM software.

• Analyze the KPI metric and sales productivity data to gain insight.• Do a research to gain insight about current market situation.• Provide a comprehensive dashboard to visualize data.• Define strategies with other members to improve the company’s productivity in the sales and marketing process.
