My friend had stolen hours from his sleep for many years, so sleep hit back at him by stealing many decades from his life.I have now devoted the second half of my life to spread the awareness of how to get the right sleep to get back your rightful life. We have just this one life as we know it. We deserve to live it well and live it fully. When we take care of our sleep, our health and well-being gets taken care of by itself. And with that, our ability to be present in the here-and-now is enhanced tremendously, helping us to be more productive and get better results in life.I am a practitioner of Heartfulness Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, NLP, Past Life Regression, Primal Painting, and many more healing methodologies for several decades. I founded the Deep Sleep Academy in 2020 to save the lives of thousands of people who were on a self-destruct path of sleep deprivation. My book “The Deep Sleep Formula” helps people fulfil their deep sleep needs.and learn to sleep naturally by 10 pm and wake up by 5 am without an alarm.
