Additional responsibilities were the creation and maintenance of lab operations infrastructure management, server & network monitoring functions, cabling infrastructure, lab cabinet inventory & organization, and assisting lab staff with demo and proof-of-concept readiness, conference, and road-show material preparation and shipment.

As the technology practice leader reporting to the President, was responsible for the execution of multiple simultaneous projects at multiple clients involving all aspects of project delivery and management, including project scoping, sales and contract materials, project initiation, group and individual contributor project delivery, client relationship maintenance, delivery performance tracking, project wrap-up, and identification of follow-on opportunities.
