  Corporate Training:The cost to hire a new candidate for a role has become an uphill battle for most companies. The cost is astronomical and then there is the extensive time period taken to get the new hire up to speed with the organization. We understand that companies would like to avoid attrition and create a talent pool within the organization. With that realization Ignite Learning wants to help companies avoid the cost and time taken on hiring new resources. Through our own extensive corporate experience, we realize that the problem is that, companies have employees who are great subject matter experts, but they fall short when it comes to soft skills. Ignite Learning would like to reach out and help companies create their own talent pool from the existing employees they have by helping their employees hone in on their soft skills and become future leaders and to be able to take on new and better roles. With this vision in mind, we the co-founders of Ignite Learning have set out to make a change, while living their passion. Between the two of them they carry a rich experience in Learning and Development. Their mission is to help companies reduce hiring cost which will in turn result in the reduction of time to bring a new employee up to speed with the organization.Campus to Corporate:With the growing competition in the corporate world, how does a fresher stand out and make a place for themselves in this environment? Our endeavor is to work with colleges to help prepare your students for the journey ahead.
