Had the pleasure of Interning with Publix Super Market, at their corporate office in their Marketing Department specifically within Creative Services. I worked with the Publix in-house ad agency, and joined the studio team that supports Publix stores, products and services through print and digital advertising. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. That allowed me to see how Creative Services is able to maintain longevity and consistently embed the Publix spirit in designs across multiple platforms. I was involved with campaigns involving: display signage, to newspaper advertisement, store opening kits and so much more. This Internship not only allowed me to grow as a designer, but enabled me to learn valuable business management skills as well as network with top executives.

Children's Choice Daycare is a family owned daycare center, that caters to babies through fifth grade. I actually went there as a kid, so it was an awesome experience to go back and work there. During my time there, I mainly was at the older kids center. Which had kids ranging from kindergarten to fifth grade, so as you can imagine everyday was an adventure and a blast. During the summer, several times a week we would go on field trips to the pool, children museum, nearby parks, or have something fun planned to do at the daycare. I look back on my own childhood in attending Children's Choice and having so much fun at daycare. It was so neat and rewarding to be on the opposite end of that.
