For ten years I've been developing my activity in the region of Asturias, mainly in the hotel industry while combining it with other activities like websites programming, design and maintenance and community manager.In order to advance and progress my professional profile and to achieve new goals, I decided to move to Madrid, improving my professional education and abilities, for a year and a half my work consist in IT Support at the hosting company Acens Technologies, giving support to Windows 2012 Servers, Office365 managment and cloud backup tools, while studying for Higher Technician in Computer Network Systems Management, with just 4 subjects left to end.I face new goals with optimism, enthusiasm and motivation, trying to provide knowledge and skills to a motivated professional team, acquiring new knowledge in the process.The obstacles I've faced in my personal and professional life have driven me to develop my strengths, where I could highlight: the persistence for getting results, accept challenges, competition, empathy, ease of learning, administrative skills, physical abilities, ease team working, working under pressure, personnel management and enthusiasm for the job.Thanks to my work at the hotel I have been recognized by numerous guestsbecause of my devotion and dedication to my work. I can count many of them asfriends. Due to the many and varied roles I played I obtained versatility,and easiness of dealing with many different people from very different places and industries.Also, my music passion has led me to travel around Europe, an experience I find highly positive also in the professional field.
